IT Manager and Web Master

VOLUNTEER POSITION DESCRIPTION

IMPACTability seeks a technologist and systematic IT Manager and Web Master to join our all-volunteer team. As an IT Manager and Web Master, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the organization’s IT application including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook Emails, Sharepoint, Organizations website. This candidate will be responsible for assigning new outlook emails to volunteers, updating organization website hosted on Flipcause and making recommendations for improving the organization’s technology stack.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support for Microsoft outlook emails including user access and entitlements.
• Updating organization website hosted on Flipcause.
• Creating/Modifying campaigns on Flipcause
• Supporting the Learning Management System MyQuest.
• Establish IT policies and processes to support all IMPACTability
• Seek ways in which to improve the efficiency of IMPACTability IT Systems (including both process and cost).
• Contribute to IMPACTability Budget discussions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as IT/Systems Manager and Web Master or similar.
• A working knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly Windows and Microsoft Outlook
• Hands on experience of installing IT hardware and software
• Experience in implementing new IT platforms in small but rapidly growing environments.

• Time Commitment: Minimum of 8-12 virtual hours per month, which may include evenings.
