Mentor Recruitment Call: U.S. Education Leaders + EdTech Builders

Are you passionate about shaping the future of education in the United States?

SEED SPOT is currently recruiting experienced U.S.-based mentors who have spent 7+ years in the education space and are excited to support founders and innovators working to solve real challenges in learning.

SEED SPOT is looking for mentors in the U.S. who have experience in:

• EdTech (product, operations, growth, partnerships, leadership)
• Higher Education (administration, student success, innovation, curriculum, leadership)
• Microschools (founders, operators, learning designers, community-based school leaders)
• Education, entrepreneurship, and/or scaling education programs

Ideal mentors have:

• 7+ years of professional experience in U.S. education-related work
• A desire to give back and support emerging education innovators
• Strong real-world insight into what works (and what doesn’t) in the U.S. education system
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to share lessons learned
