The Ride to Defeat ALS Blue Ridge is a community bike ride comprised of four different routes, starting at Southwest Mountain Vineyard in Keswick, VA.
The ALS Association is dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) through research, patient care, and advocacy. Our events play a crucial role in raising awareness and funds to support our mission, and we rely on the generosity of community partners like you to make these events successful.
We are mostly seeking volunteers to help set-up our event on Friday, June 5th at Southwest Mountain Vineyards beginning at 9am until around 12p, and on event day on Saturday, June 6th from 6:00am to 1:00pm.
These tasks include lifting bins up to 25 pounds, and requires being on your feet.
You can sign up to volunteer by emailing RideBlueRidge@als.org, or by registering as a volunteer at https://secure2.convio.net/alsa/site/TR?fr_id=17347&pg=entry
