Our organization is seeking an enthusiastic and diligent Social Media Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Manager/Director. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our team to create marketing materials, prepare presentation documents, research industry trends, and gather client data for our database. You will also assist with scheduling posts and coordinating promotional activities.
Key responsibilities include promoting our social media communications, maintaining regular contact with marketing team members, and helping develop and design promotions for our programs, initiatives, and events. This role also involves maintaining in‑house promotional spaces, including flyers, posters, and other visual materials.
This position requires a minimum six‑month volunteer commitment. We deeply appreciate individuals who are caring, passionate about this work, and motivated to make a meaningful impact. We are looking for someone who truly wants to contribute to our mission and has the time to support our growing marketing efforts.
