Be a Founding Builder

Join us from the start and help shape how learning happens at ROTAGI. You’ll play a key role in transforming ideas and syllabi into meaningful, learner-centered experiences. Bring your ideas. Let’s build impact together!

You Will:

• Design and structure online courses from existing syllabi and content
• Define clear learning objectives, modules, and lesson flows
• Create engaging learning activities, assessments, and quizzes
• Recommend appropriate content formats (video, text, interactive activities)
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, content creators, and developer
• Ensure learning experiences follow adult learning and accessibility best practices
• Review and refine content based on feedback and learner needs

You Are:

• Interested in or experienced with instructional design, education, or learning & development
• Able to break down complex topics into clear, engaging lessons
• Learner-focused and thoughtful about how people absorb information
• Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
• Comfortable working in a remote, early-stage environment

Bonus if You Have:

• Experience with LMS platforms (Coursebox Ai, Moodle, Teachable, Canvas, etc.)
• Familiarity with accessibility standards or inclusive learning design
• A portfolio, lesson samples, or course outlines (optional)
