Take Trips MES is seeking a creative and motivated Content Creator to develop engaging, mission-driven content that promotes our programs, community impact, and organizational initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about storytelling, social media, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Fanbase, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Develop multimedia content such as graphics, short-form videos, reels, and promotional materials
• Assist with content planning, scheduling, and content calendar management
• Write compelling captions, blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials
• Research trends, hashtags, and audience insights to optimize content performance and engagement
• Monitor content performance (views, reach, engagement) and provide basic analytics reports
• Collaborate with team members to highlight events, programs, and community success stories
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and organizational mission

Qualifications:

• Experience creating content for social media platforms (personal, academic, or professional)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar)
• Ability to create and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

• Social media management and content strategy experience
• Content planning and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
• Video editing and basic motion graphics
• Copywriting and storytelling skills
• Photography or graphic design experience
• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking tools
