Donor + Director Role

Would you like to use your resources, influence, and heart to become a change-maker?

We are looking for a committed individual or partner who can:

• Support or sponsor our grassroots programs for vulnerable children and families
• Serve as a donor and/or fundraising leader.
• Step into a leadership role as a Director of ReCAO, helping shape our strategy and impact

Our mission is to uplift underserved communities across Uganda focusing on maternal and child health, education, agriculture, clean water, and nutrition.

Your Role Can Include:

• Providing financial or in-kind support (education, nutrition, health)
• Helping us build donor relationships or campaigns
• Offering leadership input at the Board/Director level
• Representing ReCAO in global or local networks

What We’re Looking For:

• Individuals with a heart for vulnerable children and rural communities
• Someone who can support or connect us with funding opportunities
• A potential Director who can help guide our mission and growth
• Experience in nonprofits, leadership, or social impact is a bonus (not required)

• Philanthropy / Donor relations
• Board governance / Leadership
• Fundraising or Grant writing
• NGO management
• Health, education, or development sector experience
