About Us: At JFS Palm Springs, we are a bustling hub of activity, serving over 100 clients each week through counseling sessions (both in-person and telehealth). Our team handles 200-300 calls for assistance every week and is deeply involved in community programming, special events, and fundraising efforts.

What You’ll Do: As a Volunteer Front Office Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Making appointment reminder calls to ensure clients are prepared for their sessions.
• Assisting with data entry to keep our records accurate and up to date.
• Helping convert mental health counseling appointments to facilitate smooth scheduling.
• Providing operator and records desk assistance to support our team’s efficiency.
• Contributing to special projects that enhance our services and outreach.
