Unpaid Volunteer Role
Do you have a heart for children and a desire to uplift mothers in your community? Momivate, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering motherhood, is seeking compassionate women to serve as Volunteer Grandmas—providing the kind of nurturing support that makes all the difference for young moms.
What Volunteer Grandmas Do
- Offer short-term babysitting so moms can rest or focus on important tasks
- Hold and comfort newborns while mothers take a much-needed nap
- Take toddlers on walks or engage them in simple play
- Provide support for moms who may not have nearby family
- Assist during our weekly Leadership meetings
- (Background checks required to ensure safety)
