Volunteers are a vital piece of the VEX Robotics World Championship. For ten days, teams from around the world will display their amazing ingenuity, and our volunteers get a front row view of a young generation of brilliance. We rely on volunteers to keep things fair, exciting, and on schedule. Volunteering at the 2026 VEX Robotics World Championship is easy to learn, fun to do, and rewarding for everyone involved.
Volunteer as a family, a company/organization, with a group of friends or as an individual and be ready to see a world of young innovators in action! Choose your volunteer role(s), day(s) and shift(s).
When: Tuesday, April 21st - Thursday, April 30th
Where: The America's Convention Center Complex in St. Louis, Missouri
How: With the help of volunteers we host 2,400 teams from 60 countries and over 100,000 spectators

Volunteers receive an official VEX Robotics World Championship t-shirt and badge. Volunteers with us the entire day (morning and afternoon shift) will receive lunch vouchers for use at vendors inside the America's Convention Center.
