SaaS Manager (Google Workspace) - Internship Opportunity

Description:

Build Up SC is seeking a tech-savvy SaaS Manager Intern to help manage and streamline our Google Workspace (formerly G Suite). This role is ideal for someone who is a fast learner, highly organized, and eager to gain hands-on experience in SaaS management while supporting a mission-driven nonprofit.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with onboarding new volunteers to Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc.)
• Manage user access, permissions, and folder organization in Google Drive
• Monitor and support account functionality and troubleshooting
• Help ensure a clean, efficient, and collaborative virtual workspace
• Collaborate with team leads to structure Drive folders and shared documents
• Maintain documentation on processes and best practices

Qualifications:

• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
• Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail
• Quick learner and strong communicator
• Prior experience in SaaS tools or IT support (preferred but not required)
