Metrowest Hospice is looking for compassionate, detail‑oriented Administrative Volunteers to support our care center staff. Your time helps our team spend more moments with patients and families.

💜 Volunteer Responsibilities

• Organize and file documents
• Assemble admission and volunteer packets
• Assist with data entry
• Prepare mailings, labels, and forms
• Support the office with general clerical tasks
• Help maintain an organized, welcoming workspace

✨ Ideal Qualities

• Friendly and dependable
• Comfortable with basic office tasks
• Good attention to detail
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• No prior hospice experience required

⏰ Time Commitment

• Flexible weekday schedule
• 2–4 hours per week (no nights or weekends)

🎓 Training Provided

All volunteers receive free training in hospice philosophy, confidentiality, and office procedures.
