We are seeking an organized, proactive, and people-focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our growing recruiting function. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in building hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, and People & Culture while helping attract talented volunteers to support our mission.

You will help keep the recruiting process moving—from job posting and candidate coordination through interviews, offers, and preparation for onboarding.

What You’ll Do

• Post and maintain volunteer opportunities across recruiting platforms.
• Review incoming applications and help organize candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS/recruiting tracker.
• Support interview scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and follow-up.
• Assist with offer documentation and handoff to the People Operations team for onboarding.
• Track recruiting activity and help maintain recruiting reports and dashboards.
• Ensure candidates receive a professional, timely, and positive experience.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on open roles and recruiting priorities.
• Support recruiting projects, process improvements, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Professional and responsive when communicating with candidates.
• Comfortable working with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools.
• Interest in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, HR, or People Operations.
• Previous recruiting or HR experience is helpful but not required.
