Chicago low-income students need you! Students who attend Metro, self-report growth in confidence, friendship, and leadership skills. 95% of students who attend Metro get accepted into college prep high schools, 100% are accepted to college, and 92% graduate college.
These students need a one-on-one tutor-mentor to help them in their homework and goal-setting to achieve their dreams. You can be the difference in helping them achieve their potential!
Support students in elementary and middle school, finishing high school, and going on to college. Volunteers come one night a week to work with the same student(s), helping them on their homework, working with the students' parents and the staff to create a community support network.
