Volunteer Team Manager

As a Volunteer Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in empowering our team of volunteers to make a meaningful impact in the fight against factory farming. Your responsibilities will include providing support and guidance to volunteers, facilitating communication and collaboration, organizing appreciation events, and identifying new opportunities for involvement within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Support and Guidance: Mentor and support volunteers as they navigate their roles within our organization, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
• Communication Facilitation: Foster open communication and collaboration among volunteers.
• Social and/or Appreciation Events: Recognize and celebrate the hard work and dedication of our volunteers by organizing events and initiatives to express our gratitude.
• Opportunity Identification: Help volunteers find the best work for them by matching their skills and interests with the needs of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Passion for animal welfare and a commitment to ending factory farming.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
