Alongside our foundation initiatives, we operate a growing plant nursery and are building scalable systems for outreach, sales, and impact. We’re looking for a strategic thinker to help lead and align our sales and marketing efforts.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Strategist to own and guide our overall sales and marketing strategy. This role focuses on big-picture planning, aligning channels, improving conversion paths, and supporting sustainable revenue growth while working closely with leadership and collaborators.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee an integrated sales and marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Define target audiences, positioning, and messaging across channels
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across digital marketing, partnerships, and sales funnels
• Collaborate with content, ads, and social teams to ensure strategy execution
• Support campaign planning for product launches, promotions, and initiatives
• Analyze performance across marketing and sales efforts and recommend strategic improvements
• Help establish systems, processes, and documentation for scalable growth

Requirements

• Experience in sales strategy, marketing strategy, or growth-focused roles
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and sales funnels
• Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative environment
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Skills (nice to have, not required)

• Experience with mission-driven, nonprofit, or sustainability-focused organizations
• Familiarity with analytics, CRM tools, or performance reporting
• Experience supporting e-commerce, product-based, or service-based businesses
• Background in growth, revenue operations, or go-to-market strategy
