AI Solutions Architect & Automation Specialist — Help Build a Nonprofit AI Operating System

Feel Beautiful Today, a Metro Atlanta nonprofit with 16 years of experience supporting cancer patients through arts-in-health programs, is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to help design and implement a practical, affordable AI-powered operating system.

We are a small, founder-led organization looking to use AI to strengthen fundraising, automate administrative tasks, improve marketing workflows, and integrate our existing Homestead website with online scheduling for Expressive Arts programs.

Our first priority is fundraising: building a system that identifies potential corporate donors, organizes qualified prospects in a CRM, prepares personalized outreach, and manages follow-ups.

We need someone with hands-on experience in AI agents, workflow automation, CRM and email integration, and connecting existing software platforms.

We are looking for a volunteer who can lead the technical design, recommend cost-effective tools, build a working pilot, and help coordinate other specialized volunteers.

Our goal is to create a sustainable system that reduces administrative work, strengthens financial support, and allows us to bring more arts-in-health programs to patients and communities.
