About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate, organized, and proactive Youth Ambassador Program Manager to lead and grow our new Youth Ambassador Program. This is a unique opportunity to mentor, inspire, and coordinate youth across different regions who are dedicated to spreading the Gospel and serving communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee the structure, goals, and impact of the Youth Ambassador Program.
• Recruit, onboard, and train youth ambassadors globally.
• Serve as a point of contact and mentor for all ambassadors.
• Coordinate virtual meetings, trainings, and engagement activities.
• Evaluate program progress and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Work closely with other departments (communications, outreach, etc.) to ensure alignment.
• Promote a Christ-centered, inclusive, and supportive environment for all ambassadors.

Qualifications:

• A heart for ministry, youth development, and outreach.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Previous experience working with youth or in program coordination (volunteer or professional).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using Zoom, Google Suite, and similar platforms.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to commit a few hours weekly.
