Immersed Global is seeking a driven and self-motivated Sales & Partnerships Representative to help expand our reach and generate revenue through our educational products and programs. This role focuses on building connections and converting opportunities into sales — supporting the growth of our curriculum, learning products, and immersive programs.
This is a commission-based role ideal for someone who enjoys outreach, sales strategy, and working independently while contributing to a mission-driven organization focused on global education and cultural connection.
📋 Position Details
- Role: Sales & Partnerships Representative
- Type: Commission-Based (Non-Volunteer Role)
- Compensation: Earn 15–20% commission per sale
- Location: DMV-area (DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia) applicants will receive priority consideration
- Commitment: Flexible / Results-driven
📢 Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities for Immersed Global’s educational products and programs
- Promote and sell learning kits, curriculum licensing, and program offerings to schools, homeschool groups, and community organizations
- Support camp recruitment efforts by connecting with families, schools, and local networks
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and organizations
- Conduct outreach through email, calls, and networking to generate leads and close sales
- Collaborate with the Immersed Global team to align messaging, pricing, and offers
- Track leads, sales activity, and outcomes to support growth and strategy
💡 Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (education or product-based sales preferred)
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Strong track record of generating leads and closing deals
- Confident in outreach methods including email, calls, and networking
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Organized with the ability to manage pipelines, follow-ups, and sales tracking
- Passion for education, cultural programs, or mission-driven work is a plus
