Photographer for Local Non-Profit's 12th Annual Silent Auction Event

Photographer needed to photograph local non-profit’s 12th Annual Charity Silent Auction Event. Event photography will be from 5:00pm until 8:00pm.

Dress code is smart casual.

Rukundo International is seeking a passionate and creative Volunteer Photographer to help us capture the energy, emotion, and excitement of our upcoming Silent Auction Fundraiser! Event photography will be from 5:00pm until 8:00pm

Date: Sunday, October 12, 2025

Location: Lone Oak Brewery, Olney, MD

Expected Attendance: 100-150 guests

Volunteer Responsibilities:

• Take high-quality candid and posed photos of:

  • Guests, volunteers, and staff

  • Auction items and displays

  • Raffles, speeches, and entertainment

  • The vibrant atmosphere of the evening

• Provide images that can be used for social media, newsletters, and future promotional materials

• Help showcase the mission and spirit of Rukundo International through compelling event photography
