Cat Cafe Adoption Inquiry and Email Assistant

Little Bean's Cat Cafe is looking for a volunteer to help us keep up with adoption inquiries and emails! We are a small cat rescue and are struggling to keep up with consumer demand.

No prior experience with cats or adoption is necessary as this role is primarily just responding to emails and directing applicants to the next step in the adoption process (vs conducting interviews) - and answering simple questions to emails we get regarding our open hours, policies, reservations etc.

Ability to maneuver Google Workspace required - you will be given an little beans gmail account and will need to know how to access different email inboxes, google docs, and communication software such as Slack. Remote OK, hours and timing totally flexible.
