Junior Programs Director

Responsibilities: The Programs Director position can be broken down into the following

responsibilities:

• Area Representative Recruitment/Training/Oversight
  • Recruiting, interviewing training, and scheduling concerts with Area Reps
• Live Concert Program development and oversight
  • Oversee the work of other Programs department staff and work with them to ensure the process of assigning Area Reps to local senior homes
  • Communicate with senior homes to ensure that concerts run smoothly
• Program’s Budget
  • Meet with Executive director to ensure that goals and budget of department are being met
• Maintain clear and regular communication with all staff and Area Reps
