      • Identify, cultivate, and solicit potential donors, corporate sponsors, and philanthropic partners.
      • Organize and manage fundraising campaigns, events, and donor stewardship initiatives.
      • Research and apply for grants that align with our mission and programs.
    • Donor Engagement & Stewardship
      • Build and maintain relationships with individual and corporate donors.
      • Develop donor recognition strategies and ensure consistent communication.
      • Oversee donor database management and tracking.
    • Grant Writing & Management
      • Identify relevant grant opportunities and draft compelling proposals.
      • Manage grant reporting and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
    • Marketing & Outreach
      • Collaborate with the team to enhance donor communication via social media, newsletters, and direct outreach.
      • Assist in crafting fundraising messaging and impact stories.
    • Partnership Development
      • Work with local businesses and community partners to develop mutually beneficial sponsorships.
      • Represent A Giving Heart Project at networking events to increase visibility.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Proven experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, or related fields (minimum 3-5 years preferred).
    • Strong knowledge of donor cultivation, corporate partnerships, and grant writing.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
    • Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote environment.
    • Passion for A Giving Heart Project’s mission and commitment to community impact.

    Expectations & Commitment

    • This is a volunteer role, with flexibility in schedule.
    • Estimated commitment: 10-15 hours per month (or as needed).

    • Regular check-ins with the Executive Director and leadership team.
