Florida Youth At Risk is a youth-centered nonprofit that empowers underserved youth through music, creative programs, community events, and leadership opportunities. We are building a brand that reflects the energy, talent, and vision of the youth we serve.
What You’ll Do:
- Share a behind-the-scenes view of stage management
- Walk through cue sheets, timing, or logistics
- Talk about leadership and crisis-solving in live events
- Encourage youth to take pride in coordination roles
Who You Are:
- A current or former stage manager
- Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
- Happy to share what makes a show run smoothly
Why It Matters:
Great shows need great managers. You show youth how preparation builds confidence and success.
