Conroe, TX | Wednesday Evenings | Fall 2026

We need 4 adults. Just 2–3 Wednesday nights each.

The Standard Institute is looking for a small team of dependable adults to help support our Fall CREED sessions for young men ages 13–17.

This is not a mentoring or teaching role. Coach T leads the sessions. We need an additional adult presence to help the night run smoothly and maintain a safe, supportive environment for our Brothers.

Time Commitment:

2-3 Wednesday nights between September 30, 2026 - December 9, 2026 from 5pm - 9pm

What you'll do:

• Help with setup, meals, supplies, and cleanup
• Welcome Brothers as they arrive
• Be an extra set of hands when needed
• Otherwise, simply be a “fly on the wall” during the session

CREED meets Wednesday evenings at our Conroe office. We're building a rotation of 3–4 volunteers, so you'll only be asked to serve approximately 2–3 evenings during the 10-week fall session.

Volunteers are there to support the space—not lead or participate in the Brothers' conversations.

A background check is required because you'll be volunteering around minors.

No mentoring experience is necessary. We're looking for adults who are dependable, respectful, and comfortable giving young men room to be themselves.
