Volunteer Opportunity for Adults: Front Desk & Family Support

We’re a community mental health nonprofit that supports children and families, and we’re looking for friendly volunteers to help out in our front office and lobby.

Volunteers help create a warm, welcoming space for families when they come in for appointments. You don’t need special training — just a kind attitude, patience, and a willingness to help.

What volunteers might help with:

• Greeting families when they arrive and helping them feel comfortable
• Answering phone calls and passing messages to staff
• Handing out coloring pages or activities to kids
• Offering snacks to families when needed
• Answering basic questions about the office
• Keeping the lobby neat, including toys, books, and seating areas

This is a good fit if you:

• Enjoy being around kids and families
• Are friendly, calm, and reliable
• Want to give back to your community in a hands-on way

Schedule:

Weekday shifts are available, and we can be flexible with timing.
