Role Overview

GHRI is seeking a volunteer Lawyer to provide legal guidance and compliance support for its nonprofit and digital health operations. This is a remote volunteer role aligned with U.S. operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on nonprofit and healthcare-related matters

Draft, review, and interpret contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and partnership agreements

Support compliance with U.S. nonprofit regulations

Advise on data protection, privacy, and telemedicine compliance

Assist with governance policies and risk management

Requirements

Law degree (LL.B or equivalent)

Licensed lawyer or final-stage law professional

Interest in nonprofit, healthcare, or humanitarian work

Strong legal writing and communication skills

Ability to work remotely
