The Volunteer Coordinator will support ongoing volunteer satisfaction across programs, while ensuring volunteer activity continuously supports our organizational mission and goals.

We are looking for someone who is unafraid to take charge of their role, can delegate tasks clearly and with compassion, and understands how to develop relationships with people of various lived experiences. This person will need to confidently lead an existing cohort of volunteers through our current organizational structure while discovering or proposing new methods that will aid in overall volunteer retention and program engagement.

    • Ability to work with diverse individuals and teams
    • Passion for abolition work, especially when it comes to the rights of incarcerated people
    • Energetic, driven, and vocal - we want this person to be an active part of our team!
