Title: Community Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator (Volunteer)

Time Commitment: 20–25 hours per week
About the Opportunity
LoopRoots Foundation is seeking a Community Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator to support outreach, relationship-building, and awareness efforts connected to our transportation access initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, responsive, and enjoys building meaningful connections with organizations and communities. Strong communication and consistency are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with community-based organizations, nonprofits, and advocacy groups
- Support outreach efforts to introduce LoopRoots and its transportation initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations
- Coordinate consistent follow-ups and ongoing communication with outreach contacts
- Work closely with the team to stay aligned on outreach efforts and priorities
- Track outreach activity, updates, and progress within internal systems
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly responsive and consistent with communication and follow-ups
- Interest in community engagement, social impact, or nonprofit work
- Comfortable with outreach (email, messaging, and relationship-building)
- Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups
- Self-starter who can work independently and stay proactive
