Volunteers are needed for a charitable board gaming event in January. Larger groups can volunteer together for event set up and tear down. Individuals or smaller groups can volunteer together at the registration table or for raffle ticket sales. When you're not on a volunteer shift, you are welcome to enjoy this free, family-friendly, board gaming event! The whole group or family can both volunteer together and play games together- a great team building opportunity. This event is put on by Rolling for Hope, a 501(c)3 charitable organization, and serves as a large fundraiser for Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
This event takes place at Woodlawn Community Center. The majority of all volunteering happens on site here. There are some exceptions for Wednesday/ Thursday setup before the event and Tuesday tear down after the event, which involve transporting items to/ from storage areas.
You can apply for volunteer shifts directly at the event website. If you have any questions or special requests, email Stephanie (volunteer coordinator) for details.
