Role Description

This is a volunteer remote role for a Salesforce Administrator. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's Salesforce platform, including creating and updating dashboards, implementing validation rules, and ensuring data accuracy. The role involves analyzing data to generate insights and improve processes, as well as collaborating closely with team members to align Salesforce solutions with organizational goals and provide technical support as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administration and implementing Validation Rules
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to understand and interpret data
• Experience in creating and managing Dashboards within Salesforce to monitor performance metrics
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Prior experience in a non-profit setting or familiarity with similar mission-driven organizations is a plus
• Salesforce Administrator certification is beneficial
