Droste Mental Health Services is a nonprofit organization committed to providing accessible, client-centered mental health care to individuals and families. We specialize in school-based mental health programs and other initiatives that promote well-being and resilience within the communities we serve.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for board members who:

• Share a commitment to our mission of improving mental health accessibility and equity.
• Bring diverse skills and expertise in areas such as mental health, finance, accounting, law, fundraising, marketing, or nonprofit management.
• Are ready to collaborate on strategic decisions, governance, and advocacy efforts.
• Have the time and energy to participate actively in quarterly meetings, committee work, and organizational events.

Time Commitment
