The Node.Nexus blog might represent something of a Library of Alexandria for internet society, but its rudamentary organization doesn't reflect the richness of its content. The Network Theory Applied Research Institute is a nonprofit producing open source software and supporting distributed mesh networks for local edge computing. Our research in network theory provides a lens to examine all human social and economic systems-- theoloogy, philosophy, systems thinking, mythology, emergence theory, economics, IT, computer science, communications, media literacy and more. We're assembling team of 3 individuals to organize our current publications and guide future contributions in a way that is easy for the public to read.
Join our Slack workspace and attend the huddle at 11:00am EST on March 2, 2026 in the #volunteers channel. Visit the Node.Nexus blog to begin surveying the current content.
