    • Recruit, train, and support volunteer listeners/responders
    • Develop and maintain response protocols and escalation guidelines
    • Ensure timely follow-ups and quality of support interactions
    • Track usage metrics, trends, and insights to improve services
    • Coordinate with leadership on partnerships, referrals, and resource building
    • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions

    Qualifications

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence
    • Ability to manage and support volunteers in a sensitive environment
    • Familiarity with helpline operations, crisis protocols, or peer support models
    • Highly organized and able to manage schedules, data, and workflows

    Preferred Experience

    • Background in psychology, counseling, or social work
    • Experience working with immigrant or culturally diverse communities
    • Prior experience managing a helpline, support group, or community service
    • Knowledge of mental health resources and referral systems in the U.S.
