Community Outreach Volunteer

The Standard Institute is looking for a reliable volunteer to help us build stronger connections throughout Conroe and Montgomery County.

This is a hands-on outreach role for someone who enjoys connecting with people and helping spread the word about meaningful community programs. You’ll work directly with Coach T to help introduce TSI, CREED, and the Miami Love Workforce Lab to local schools, organizations, businesses, and community partners.

What you'll help with:

• Reaching out to schools and community organizations
• Making introductory calls and sending emails
• Sharing TSI programs and upcoming opportunities
• Following up with potential community partners
• Helping identify new outreach opportunities
• Occasionally representing TSI at community events

Time Commitment: Approximately 8 hours per week, with flexibility in when most outreach is completed.

Location: Conroe / Montgomery County. Some outreach can be completed remotely, with occasional in-person activities.

Age Requirement: 18+

No nonprofit experience required. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable communicating with new people, organized, and genuinely interested in helping young men access more opportunities.
