Disaster Action Team – Scott County, VA
When disaster strikes in Scott County, local volunteers are the first line of hope.
House fires, floods, and severe storms happen without warning—and you can be there when it matters most.
❤️ What Disaster Action Team Volunteers Do:
- Respond to local emergencies like home fires and severe weather
- Provide immediate support such as shelter, comfort, and essentials
- Work as part of a trained, trusted Red Cross team
- Make a real difference—often within hours, right here in your community
