We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and dedicated Youth Development Professional to support and empower youth with special needs through inclusive, enriching programs. In this role, you will create a safe, supportive environment where every young person is encouraged to thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.
The ideal candidate is someone who brings a strong understanding of diverse abilities, demonstrates excellent communication and behavioral support skills, and has a genuine passion for working with youth. Experience in special education, therapeutic recreation, or youth development is highly valued.
