We serve Veterans from Draper to Brigham City!
Elevation Hospice of Utah is proud to work with Veterans in our community.
To ensure we are sending the best, safest people to our patients, our onboarding process includes:
- 10 hour online volunteer training on hospice care, philosophy, regulations surrounding service
- 2-step TB test & drug screening
- Federal / State Background Check & fingerprinting
