Research officer

Key responsibilities

1. Support the design of research tools (questionnaires, interview guides, consent forms, etc.).
2. Conduct field data collection (surveys, interviews, focus group discussions, etc.).
3. Assist in data entry, cleaning, and basic analysis.
4. Contribute to report writing and concept notes.
5. Document case studies and beneficiary stories.
6. Support monitoring and evaluation (M&E) processes.
7. Participate in stakeholder engagements.
8. Ensure ethical research practices, especially when working with vulnerable populations.

Required qualifications

1. Undergraduate students, graduates at all levels (Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, Master or PHD) in any relevant studies, including Social Sciences, Public Health, or Development Studies.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work as a team or independently
