About the Role
We’re looking for someone (or a few people!) to help share the load of planning and coordinating community events. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys brainstorming, organizing, and helping turn ideas into action.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Helping plan pop-up events, workshops, or community gatherings
- Assisting with timelines, checklists, and logistics
- Coordinating with volunteers or partners
- Offering creative ideas for inclusive, accessible programming
Ideal Fit:
- Organized, communicative, and community-minded
- Experience in event planning is helpful but not required
- Passion for queer community spaces, arts, education, or mutual aid
- Comfortable working in a flexible, evolving environment
