614 YPAP Second Annual Thanksgiving Dinner

Description:

Join us for a day of gratitude and community service as we host our Second Annual Thanksgiving Dinner, serving up to 250 guests with love, dignity, and delicious food. Volunteers will play an essential role in creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest who walks through the door.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

📝 Registration Team (2 volunteers): Greet and check in guests, direct them to seating areas.

🍽️ Dining Area Servers (24 volunteers – 2 per table / 12 tables): Serve plates of food, soda pop, and dessert directly to guests.

🥤 Soda Station (2 volunteers): Manage and distribute beverages.

🍰 Dessert Station (2 volunteers): Arrange and serve desserts.

👩🏽‍🍳 Kitchen Helpers (4 volunteers): Support the head cook and assist with plating and cleanup.

🎨 Kids’ Art Table (2 volunteers): Help with simple holiday art activities for children (crafts, coloring, etc.).

🧹 Clean-Up Crew (as needed): Help restore the space at the end of the event.
