We will provide volunteers with all of the training before they begin. Volunteers must complete a Live Scan background check in order to volunteer in the playhouse.

Descripción
We are seeking volunteer Greeters for Front Desk Coverage during playhouse Program hours.
Greeters are the first friendly face that participants and walk-ins see at GiGi's Playhouse Simi Valley. If you enjoy excellent offering customer service, receptionist duties, and interacting with the public, this might be the volunteer position for you!
Tasks
- Front Desk Coverage: receptionist duties, such as greeting walk-ins, provide general information, help with volunteer and participant log-in and log-out.
- Manage paperwork (file, make copies, cut, fold brochures, staple, hole punch, etc).
- Prepare program materials (clean toys, make copies of handouts, laminate).
- Front Desk Coverage: receptionist duties, such as greeting walk-ins, provide general information, help with volunteer and participant log-in and log-out.
- Light cleaning as needed (wipe down counter tops & front windows, vacuum)
- Offer lunch break coverage for Site Manager as needed
- Make reminder phone calls to volunteers and participants
Our highest need hours are:
Monthly:
November 2 from 4PM to 6PM
December 7 from 4PM tp 6PM
Weekly:
Tuesdays from 4PM to 6PM
Wednesdays from 4PM to 6PM
Saturdays from 1:30PM to 3PM
