Volunteer Hair Stylist Needed. Make a Meaningful Difference for Hospice Patients!

Are you a licensed hair stylist with a heart for helping others? Affinity Care of New Jersey is looking for compassionate and talented volunteers to provide basic hair care services to our hospice patients.

Your skills can bring joy, diginity, and comfort to those nearing the end of life. It's a beautiful way to give back using your talkents and kindnes!

Qualifications:

• NJ State Licensed Hair Stylist or Barber
• Comfortable working with elderly or terminally ill individuals
• Reliable, compassionate, and respectful of confidentiality
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Complete volunteer training and orientation and other requirements

What you'll do:

• Offer haircuts, trums, and basic grooming to patients in their homes or healthcare facilities.
• Help patietns feel cared for, dignified, and uplifted.
• Be a calming, friendly presence during a sensitive time in their lives.

Commitment:

• Flexible schedule, even just a few hours a month can make an inpact!
