¿Cómo llegar?
Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Resource Mobilization Officer to join our team as a volunteer. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies to diversify and increase funding, ensuring the sustainability of our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic resource mobilization plan aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with donors, including foundations, government agencies, and international organizations..
- Manage and expand the donor portfolio, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Design and execute fundraising initiatives, such as online campaigns and events.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience in resource mobilization, fundraising, or donor relations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
Duration of the volunteer 6 month- 1 year with a possibility of extension based on mutual agreement
