Descripción
Purpose:
Ensure digital tools, polls, and platforms run smoothly to support engagement, workshop interaction, and data collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage polls (Slido, Mentimeter, Google Forms).
- Troubleshoot technical issues during workshops.
- Support platform integration (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SharePoint).
- Collaborate with the Data Lead for accurate poll data transfer.
- Test new tools to enhance accessibility and engagement.
Skills & Strengths:
- Tech-savvy, calm under pressure, problem-solver.
Qualifications:
- Experience with digital tools or IT is helpful but not required.
Time Commitment: 6–10 hours weekly
Reports To: Founding Director (Kai)
