Shop Local, Give Local - Local Business Volunteer Leader for "Do What You Love to End ALZ"

Know the shop owners in your neighborhood? Help local businesses support Alzheimer's families. The Alzheimer's Association is looking for well-connected volunteers to lead our pin-up campaign for Do What You Love to End ALZ™, our signature fundraising campaign.

Customers add a small donation at checkout and a paper icon with their name goes up in the store. It takes very little staff time and often starts good conversations between owners and customers.

Your Role Will Include:

• Introducing the pin-up campaign to boutiques, coffee shops, bookstores, hardware stores, and gift shops
• Dropping off campaign materials and checking in with store owners
• Coaching businesses on how to promote it to customers
• Tabling at farmers markets and local business events
• Sending follow-ups, writing thank-you notes, and celebrating milestones

We'll provide the materials and training. You bring your neighborhood connections.
