UX /UI Designer

The Donovan’s Venom is a 501c3 nonprofit organization focused on curating universal accessibility to fine arts and music education for all. We are passionately dedicated to ensuring that everyone, regardless of financial circumstances, has access to high-quality music education, performance opportunities, and fine art. We aim to inspire, empower, and uplift communities by fostering a love for music and the arts through our commitment to education, inclusivity, diversity, and social impact, which drives us to expand our reach continually and enrich the lives of those we serve.

We’re looking for UX/UI Designer to join our growing team!

What you’ll do:

• Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, digital ads, and other marketing materials
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve design output
• Ensure consistency of brand and design language across all marketing touchpoints
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns and initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a UX/UI Designer, UX/UI Marketing Designer, or similar role
• Experience working in agile environments, iterating on designs based on feedback and changing requirements
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for designing SEO-friendly web pages
• Knowledge of creating and maintaining design systems for consistency across products
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
• Possession of excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong visual design skills with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Figma, etc.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work
