Volunteer with Crown Heights JCC Food Pantry!!

The Crown Heights JCC Food Pantry has been serving food to the local community for 30 years! We need weekly volunteers to keep our operation running. We pack grocery bags every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday morning from 9:45 am to 11:30 am, for walk-in clients who pick up 12 - 3 pm on Wednesdays.

Right now, we're especially in need of volunteers who can carry boxes (~25 lbs) of produce and canned goods on our delivery days.

4 shifts available:

• Volunteers will be packing food for distribution to the community every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday: 09:45 to 11:30 EST
• Volunteers are needed to help deliver packages to seniors and large families in the community. Note: A car is required for this shift.: 11:30 to 13:30 EST
• Volunteers are needed to help hand out food packages on Wednesday afternoons.: 12:00 to 13:30 EST
• Volunteers are needed to help hand out food packages on Wednesday afternoons.: 13:30 to 15:00 EST
