Role Summary
We are seeking four Development Admin / Grant Admin team members to serve as the operational backbone of the development team. This role supports grant writers, managers, and leadership by ensuring organization, documentation, and smooth internal workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize development documents (grants, contracts, letters, reports)
- Maintain internal files, trackers, and databases
- Support grant submissions and administrative components
- Assist with newsletters, donor communications, and letters
- Help coordinate meetings and internal workflows
- Provide general administrative support for development initiatives
- Support event announcements, new hires, and newsletter promotion
- Assist with sales plans, events, and potentially grant-related admin work
Experience & Traits
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Comfortable managing documents, trackers, and shared drives
- Clear written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Interest in nonprofit development or fundraising (experience a plus, not required)
