Role: CRM Implementation Project Team Member Impact: High – Help us build the digital foundation to empower adult learners.

The Mission

At Fill My Cup!, we believe literacy is a fundamental right. We are currently undergoing a critical capacity-building project to move our operations into a customized Salesforce environment. We need a savvy Salesforce pro to help us finalize and deploy an adult literacy configuration that will track student progress, tutor pairings, and donor engagement.

The Role

We aren’t looking for someone to just "input data." We need a strategic partner to join our implementation team. You will:

• • Configure & Customize: Fine-tune objects, flows, and reports specifically for adult literacy metrics.
  • Data Migration: Help us ensure our transition from legacy systems to Salesforce is seamless and clean.
  • Strategic Input: Advise on best practices for NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack) or specific literacy industry templates.
  • Capacity Building: Help document processes so our staff can manage the system confidently post-launch.

Who You Are

• • Salesforce Savvy: You have experience with Salesforce implementation (Admin or Consultant level preferred).
  • Problem Solver: You enjoy mapping real-world human impact to technical workflows.
  • Mission-Driven: You’re passionate about education and grassroots community work.
  • Reliable: You can commit to some hours a week to help us hit our project milestones.
